The product was very disappointing and of poorer quality than expected. Immediately tried to get a refund and the company refused as they only refund if damaged or lost.

However, it is written in our refunds/replacements policy that we are currently unable to offer refunds due to a customer changing their mind, but can if the product(s) arrive damaged, incorrect or get lost in transit. This policy is in place to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. We are working on being able to take returns, but as we are currently unable to, we can not offer refunds if a customer changes their mind due to the potential to exploit this policy. Love it. Got some compliments from friends. The only thing is the color. It kinda stands out. I wish it’s in darker shade like my wine cart.
