Q. How big are they?
A. Our wine holders vary in size, but are all designed to fit nicely onto tables and countertops without being too big or bulky. See the bottom of each product description to see the exact size of each bottle holder.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and then take between 5-14 days to deliver. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country. All orders are tracked meaning you will be able to keep up to date with the progress of your order. Tracking info will be e-mailed to you once your order has been processed.
Q. Can I get a refund?
A. Yes, our 5 day refunds policy means you can be sure your product(s) will arrive in perfect condition, as long as you let us know within 5 days from the day of delivery. If you have an issue with the quality of your order, or you are worried that your order has not turned up, contact us via the "contact us" page and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Q. Will they work if my bottle is empty?
A. Yes! Our bottle holders will work no matter how full/empty your bottles are.
